Shipping Polices & Procedures


1. Shipping Order Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed, it will include your order number and shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you. Orders can take up to 2 business days to be processed and shipped. Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information, if applicable. We currently ship from our warehouse in Los Angeles, Chicago. We offer free shipping in the U.S only.

2. Shipping Methods

We ship orders from our warehouse Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. All Economy shipping orders are shipped via UPS, the US Postal Service (USPS), or through a service utilizing both carriers. The type of carrier used for your order will depend on service availability within your specific area.

Orders placed after 12 PM Friday may not ship until the next business day. Delivery can take 5 to 10 business days after the ship date.

3. VIS Major 

We are not responsible for delivery delays due to severe weather, natural disasters, or strikes. Shipping is subject to change due to holiday schedules; some of our carriers may experience delays during the holiday season. 

4. Shipping to the U.S. Virgin Islands

All shipments to the U.S. Virgin Islands are sent via Economy UPS Sure Post/USPS and can only be delivered to residential addresses. Deliveries may take up to 15 business days. 

5. International Shipping

We do not offer the internetional shipping for now.

We want you to like HOFISH products! If something isn't right, return your unworn, unwashed, and undamaged item for free within 90 days; please note that all tags must still be attached.

*Some exclusions apply. This return policy excludes items marked final sale, or purchased on third-party sites. Items received for free through a giveaway, sale, special promotion, or other offer are not eligible for return or exchange. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept any underwear for return or exchange; if there is a fit or quality issue, please contact us at [email protected]


You may return items via mail for a full refund to the original form of payment, excluding shipping charges, postmarked within 30 days of the date of delivery. We do not offer exchanges, items must be returned and new orders placed.

The merchandise must be unworn and have original tickets and/or tags attached.

We cannot process exchanges. A new order must be placed either on our website.

Please allow 7 days for returns to be processed upon receipt in our Returns Center. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for the shipping of returned unwanted items.


Any item returned after 40 days from order date is not eligible for refund.


A refund will be issued once we have received your returned items. Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for refund. Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges, except in the case of faulty or damaged items. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business day for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times.
